  • The Responsible Jewelry Council (RJC) - Embee Diamonds' factory has been audited and certified within the Certification Scope to conform to the Responsible Jewelry Council's Code of Practicesfor business ethics, human rights, social and environmental performance.
  • The Diamond Bourse of Canada (DBC) - Embee Diamonds is a member of the Diamond Bourse of Canada. Through its facility, services, and network, the Diamond Bourse of Canada supports and facilitates the trading of diamonds and gemstones within Canada, and provides the Canadian diamond industry with a distinct centre around which efficient and organised secondary diamond-market activities can form.
  • Jewelers of America (JA) - Byard F. Brogan & Embee Diamonds are members of Jewelers of America. The Jewelers of America is the national trade association for businesses serving the fine jewelry marketplace, with a primary purpose to promote confidence in the jewelry industry.
  • National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) - Byard  F. Brogan is a member of the National Association of Manufacturers. The National Association of Manufacturers is the largest manufacturing association in the United States, representing small and large manufacturers in every industrial sector and in all 50 states.   • Manufacturing Jewelers & Silversmiths of America (MJSA) - Byard F. Brogan is a member of the MJSA. The MJSA provides access to technical, sales, and business expertise unavailable elsewhere. The MJSA also offers practical compliance guides so their members can more easily meet federal, state, and industry standards.

  • Jewelers Board of Trade (JBT) - Byard F. Brogan and Embee Diamonds are members of the Jewelers Board of Trade. The Jewelers Board of Trade is dedicated to the welfare of its members and the jewelry industry overall, providing industry specific credit information, collections and marketing services. 

  • Jewelers Vigilance Committee (JVC) - The Jewelers Vigilance Committee  is the sole legal compliance expert in the jewelry industry;
    established 1917 to educate and protect all levels of the jewelry industry against liability, litigation and to stop negative publicity. Jewelers Vigilance Committee is considered the industry's leading authority on legal compliance and is a champion of safeguarding the industry's integrity.

  • Jewelers' Security Alliance (JSA) - Byard F. Brogan are supporters of the Jewelers' Security Alliance (JSA) is a non-profit trade association with 21,000 members that has been providing crime information and assistance to the jewelry industry and law enforcement since 1883. 

  • Cultured Pearl Association (CPA) - Byard F. Brogan is a member of the Culture Pearl Association. The intention of the Cultured Pearl Association is to "cultivate" awareness, interest, demand and successful marketability of Cultured Pearls for the retail community and the consumer level. Through promotion, education, public relations and unwavering commitment we aim to inspire an authentic passion for all Cultured Pearl varieties.
